When will my items arrive?
Most items that you order through us are shipped straight from the manufacturer of that item. Therefore, when your items arrive depends on the manufacturer’s lead time and order handling policy. Most manufacturers of our products ship within 1 or 2 business days and you can expect to receive your items within a week, often faster. We do keep a small amount of certain products in stock and handle shipment for these items ourselves. Some products that you order will have to be pre-configured, and those too will be shipped by us. If you order products from multiple manufacturers expect to get them in multiple packages.
Why should I order from Sensor Experts if many of the products I buy ship straight from the manufacturer?
- We get discounts for most of the products we offer on our website, and pass part of this discount on to you.
- You also get the benefit of ordering products from multiple manufacturers through one website without having to visit and navigate each manufacturers website and shopping cart system separately.
- When you return products for repair or replacement, we handle the return for you and you benefit from our close relationship to the manufacturers.
- Finally, we hope that our unbiased sensor database is of value to you and helps you find the right product. A large amount of effort goes into expanding and updating this database, and when you purchase products from our website you support us in keeping this service available.
Do you provide tracking information for the packages?
We do. We provide all tracking information to you by email.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchased products for any reason, return them within 30 days of the shipping date. We will either replace your item or refund the cost of the item excluding shipping fees. Your returned item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Before returning a product, please contact us and request an RMA.

Do you offer discounts on products periodically, and how can I find out about them?
We do offer discounts on selected products. To hear about our promotions please sign up for a free account, so we can send you emails on any upcoming promotions and discounts.
How do I compare products in parametric tables?
Click on any product category. By default, products are listed in a grid. To switch to parametric table view, click on “Table” in the top right corner, above the product images.
